We are based in Brackley, Northamptonshire and deliver boxed buffets within an approximate 30 mile radius. Please check the postcode list when ordering to find out if we deliver to you. If we do not, please get in touch and we may be able to arrange something.
We offer event and retreat catering nationwide.

We always do our absolute best to cater for dietary requirements, offering gluten free, vegan, dairy free, nut free dishes and more. However, whilst we take every precaution to reduce any chance of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our foods are allergen free due to the fact that allergens are handled in our prep kitchen.

Yes, Foodtopia is a registered food business with West Northants Council and holds a hygiene rating of level 5, the highest possible rating.
We hold full public liability insurance.

We will provide the necessary number of staff to deliver the catering package agreed upon. This will be included within your event quote. Please note, if you require additional staff for extra services, for example, welcome drinks service, this will be charged accordingly. Any arrangements and costs are agreed upon in advance and included in your booking agreement.

The package will include all agreed dishes, as outlined in your booking agreement. Our team will handle the setup of your food service area and provide professional staff to ensure a seamless experience. This includes clearing away plates and tidying the buffet table after use.
Please note that we do not offer table waiting service.
As part of your catering package, we include serving bowls, serving spoons, and napkins. Plates and cutlery are available for hire at a small fee. Additional equipment hire can be arranged on request.
Any items belonging to us will be taken away dirty to be cleaned afterward.
If you have any additional requirements, such as tea and coffee or welcome drinks service, please discuss them with usβwe're always happy to accommodate your needs and will do our best to help in any way we can.
Please note that travel expenses are not automatically included in our catering packages. In some cases, there may be an additional fee based on your location, but most local events will not incur any travel costs.

We work closely with our clients to ensure complete satisfaction with the final menu. We listen to your ideas and preferences and will do our best to accommodate them wherever possible.
Please note that we specialise in colourful feasts presented in our unique style. Whilst we may be able to offer some alternatives to this, please note we do not offer fine dining options.

Yes, we require a deposit to secure every event booking. The payment schedule will be detailed in your booking agreement. Full payment is required prior to the delivery of catering services.

Cancellations:
8 or more days before the event: You may receive a partial refund, depending on the notice period and the total amount already paid.
7 days or less before the event: Cancellations are non-refundable.

Leftovers are handled with care to ensure food safety. Whenever possible, we can package any remaining food and leave it in your fridge for you to enjoy later. However, if you donβt have a fridge available, we are unable to leave the food behind. Perishable foods should not be left out at room temperature for more than two hours, and this can vary depending on the ambient temperature. In some cases, food should not be left out for more than one hour.
If food has been left out for longer than these recommended time frames, we must take it away for disposal in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Your safety is our top priority, and we strictly adhere to these regulations to ensure the well-being of all guests.

For boxed buffets, we typically require a minimum of 10 days notice. However, if you need catering sooner, please reach out, and weβll do our best to accommodate your request.
